Retailers Masterclass – Cellar Management

A full-day, in-pub masterclass delivered by a cellar expert to help improve quality, reduce wastage and protect profit.

The session reviews your cellar operation and covers dispense standards, pouring technique, fault finding, line cleaning and best practice from brewery to bar.

Retailers Masterclass

Pathway – Invest in Your Future With Proper Pubs

Pathway is a 12-week, hands-on development programme for people already within the Proper Pubs family who want to progress towards running their own pub.

Through practical learning, recognised qualifications and ongoing support, Pathway helps you build the skills, confidence and experience to take the next step.

What’s included:

  • A structured 12-week learning programme
  • Fully funded Personal Licence (APLH)
  • Free online training to support development
  • £1,000 towards your security deposit on successful completion
